Well, at least it should be. Someone fighting the RIAA and winning.

Apparently, she was sued by the record industry and the RIAA for allegedly stealing music and had her case dropped. Now, she's taking the fight to the RIAA, counter-suing them for abusing the legal process and overall being a bunch of money-hungry, conspirating dickwads.
With all of the things discussed in this article that are going to be used as arguments in this court battle... Maybe I'm just hopeful, but I think she has an honest-to-God shot at winning this case.
